Privacy Policy – Foxomate Smart Home (Foxo Server)

Foxomate Robotics & Smart Machines Trading LLC (“Foxomate”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information when you use the Foxomate Smart Home skill with Alexa.

1. Information We Collect
   When you enable the skill and link your Foxo Server account, we collect:

• Client Access Code and Token, used only to connect Alexa to your Foxo Server.
• Device states (on/off, temperature, etc.) necessary for Alexa to control and report device status.

We do not collect personal identifiers such as names, emails, or payment details.

2. How We Use Information
   Information is used solely for enabling Alexa voice control of your Foxo Server devices. We do not sell, share, or use this information for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
   All data remains securely stored on your Foxo Server. Foxomate does not centrally store or access your personal device data. Only minimal linking information (Access Code + Token) is stored securely for account linking.
4. Sharing of Information
   We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
5. User Control
   You can revoke Alexa access to your Foxo Server at any time by disabling the Foxomate Smart Home skill in the Alexa app.
